shipping duties and taxes. All duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Sales
Tax
Based on the recipient's mailing address, sales tax will only be collected
in California at 7.75%.
Sales Tax is NOT added to any form of donation to the ministry including
Hour of Power Clubs (Eagles, Sparrows & Hummingbirds) or any other
offer that appears on the Hour of Power. This also includes monetary gifts
through Widow's Mite.

Returns
& Refunds
Customers
wishing to return merchandise to CathedralGifts.com must first contact
us via email at: orderinfo@crystalcathedral.org
Please include your order # and a brief explanation for the nature of
your return.
Defective
or damaged products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days
of customer invoice date. Replacement item(s) will be shipped upon receipt
of defective merchandise. Returns

Please include
a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the product defect with
your returned merchandise. Allow 7 to 14 business days for processing
returns.
If approved,
you can expect your refund or exchange within one week from the time we
receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements
for your credit to appear.
Shipping
and Handling charges are not refundable for any return other than a CathedralGifts.com
shipping error.
